I went there today and the first guy that talked to me was rude, and the one that worked on my nails didn't do a good job, I am very unhappy and unsatisfied. Not to mention they made me pay BEFORE get my mani done, how can I pay and tip for a service that it didn't even happen? It was awful.

  Got a mani/pedi. The girl who did my pedicure was amazing. The guy who did my nails didn’t do what I asked. I politely informed him this wasn’t what I wanted and he still didn’t comprehend what I was saying. I even asked him to politely take it off and still pay for the nails but he continued to do what he wanted. I’m a very non-confrontational person and I wanted to leave so badly. He called a coworker over and started talking about me in another language to his staff. I won’t ever go back. I don’t like the way I was made to feel at all. I even told him that I would take the all over color on my nail but he wouldn’t even do that.

  My daughter & I went for the first time today. We both had a wonderful experience. My daughter said multiple times that she wanted to come back & told me to make sure I “rated the place”! We showed them what we wanted & we got exactly what we asked for!

  So I’ve been coming here for three years.. I stuck with them through the covid appointment mess. I walked in at 12:30 do get a fill in and a pedi. It’s 2:30 right now and I walked out with only my feet done and a two hour wait for my nails. Who in their right mind waits 4 hours for services. When I asked I was told there were people in front of me to get their nails done when I got there at 12:30!!! This is NOT FIRST COME FIRST SERVE services. The woman in BEHIND me had a guy do her feet so her nails were done EXACTLY afterwards but Bc a woman who doesn’t do nails did my feet I have to wait TWO HOURS MORE! I do not recommend this place. I’ll add the woman beside me was seated at a used chair with wet towels and had to me moved. I will find another salon after this!

  Sophia always does a beautiful job on my nails! I typically do the dip powder and they are always perfect.

  My 6 year old daughter and I went and had a great time getting pedicures. Clean place, friendly service and they treated my child just like they did me. We both will definitely be coming back!

  Best Nail spot in BG! I go every 3-4 weeks for dip manicure and try to get Sophia if she’s available. She does a great job and is efficient. If I ever have to go somewhere else, it’s always been a disappointment, and I’m back to nail bar! They also have a ton of colors!!

  I had a set of what was supposed to be French tip solar nails put on and french tip shellac on my toes I did this Friday and sat morning they turned a yellowish color and solar isn't supposed to change also there are bubbles and spots all over my nails. and to have both done was $99 and I did this to treat myself for my birthday while give a local business a try and it is by far the worst set I've ever had. I went on vacation over the weekend and didn't get bk until today which is Thursday so of course I cant get them fixed and I dont want a fill in bc they are just awful! ive got to pay someone to remove them i was very disappointed! I did call and ask and a guy told me that sun would do that to my nails! it was supposed to be solar that doesnt happen!

  I’ve been coming to the The Nail Bar for over a year and I recommend them to everyone! Sophia does a spectacular job but you can get anyone from Kevin to Andy or Lincoln and they all are polite and do extremely well. HIGHLY recommend ❤️
